Flats Contractor will Not Get Extra Time

Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Area (PRKP) Dept. will not give any extra time for contractors of flats construction which use City Budget (APBD) 2016.
The last date is on February 15, 2017. We will make sure not to give any extension
PRKP Dept. Head, Arifin, said that flats construction in five areas had stopped and now it is already continued again.

According to him, the five flats are Lokbin Semper flats that reached 84.21%, Cakung Barat flats which 82.35%, Bekasi flats 81.11%, Rawa Bebek flats 88%, and Marunda flats already finish 87.35%.
Each contractor were agreed and tied in the agreement to finish flats at a specified time," he added.
He continued that if contractor cannot do their job at a specified time, then they will get a penalty. The worst case is it can be in blacklist.
